Impact of Introversion-Extraversion Personality Traits on Knowledge-Sharing Intention in Online Health Communities: A Multi-Group Analysis

This paper investigates the influence of introversion-extraversion personality traits on knowledge-sharing intention online health communities (OHCs) using trait theory and social capital theory. study two types users in OHCs—doctors patients—and compares analyses paths these users.
